At Blessing Flower Shop, we take great pride in crafting beautiful floral arrangements with fresh blooms and thoughtful care. As our products are perishable and custom-made, we have outlined the following refund policy:

Eligible Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or self-collection date:
    • ย ๐ŸŸข 90% refund of the total order value, or option to postpone the order.
  • Cancellation made 6 to 4 days before delivery/collection date:
    • ย ย ๐ŸŸก 50% refund, or option to postpone the order.
  • Cancellation made 3 days or less before delivery/collection date:
    • ย ย ๐Ÿ”ด No refund and no postponement allowed.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided by the customer.
  • Recipient not available at delivery time and location.
  • Refusal of item by recipient.
  • Flowers or gifts not inspected upon delivery and later complaints are raised.
  • Minor variations in flower color, size, arrangement, or decorative accessories.
  • Sweetness or quality of fresh fruits (seasonal and not guaranteed).
  • Custom-made or special request items.

    • Redelivery & Replacement

    If redelivery is needed, a S$12 redelivery fee will be charged.
    In cases where redelivery is not possible on the same or next working day, a replacement order can be arranged at a 25% discount (applies to perishable items only).

    Refund Process

    If you are eligible for a refund:

    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
    • Processing time may take up to 2โ€“4 weeks, depending on your bank or payment provider.
